CCTV and witness appeal - incident on Reddish Road, 15th Oct 2026

Good morning, 

We are appealing for CCTV or other video footage of an incident which occurred at the pedestrian traffic light crossing on Reddish Road, near to the junction of Broomfield Drive and the Broomfield Post Office. 

Between 15:20 and 15:30 on 15th October 2026, an Ebike collided with a child using the crossing. The child received medical treatment and injuries at this stage are believed to be minor. 

We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has video footage of it from a mobile phone, CCTV camera or dashcam to make contact with the police.
